Conditions of participation for the Instagram competition:

a) All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. All employees of Sebastian & Dario De Felice GBR and their relatives as well as all employees of affiliated agencies are excluded from participation.

b) One person takes part in the campaign by answering the competition question “Who are you sharing your €500 Mystery Box with?” with a comment below the post . Get random comments on the post. Multiple participation is excluded.

c) The collection of the required personal data serves exclusively to carry out the competition. The data will not be passed on to uninvolved third parties. All data will only be stored for the purpose and for the duration of the campaign and will be deleted after the campaign has ended, provided there are no statutory storage requirements.

d) The closing date for participation in the competition is July 25, 2021, 11:59 p.m. German time.

a) Winners will be randomly selected from all comments unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Information. The individual participant's chance of winning thus depends significantly on how many other participants take part in the campaign.

b) The winners will be notified by NOTFORHER or on behalf of NOTFORHER via an Instagram private message. You will be notified within four weeks of the closing date for the promotion. In the event of an undeliverable prize notification, the

If the winner does not respond within one week of sending the notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and no new winner will be determined. The right to the prize also lapses if the prize cannot be sent within 2 months of the first notification of the prize for reasons relating to the winner.

c) Non-cash prizes will be sent free of charge by Sebastian & Dario De Felice GbR or by a possible cooperation partner by e-mail, forwarding agent, parcel service or post to the postal address given by the winner.

d) A cash payment of the prizes is not possible and is also excluded from exchange.

e) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.

f) These conditions of participation can be changed by Sebastian & Dario De Felice GbR at any time without separate notification.

g) The campaign is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The contact person and person responsible is solely the organizer.
